"Fine wines inspired by breathtaking views." Eagles Nest offers fine hand crafted wines and luxurious wine-themed vacation lodging with views of the Ramona Valley. Our vineyards include Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Tempranillo, Merlot, Zinfandel, and Viognier. Our focus in on quality wine - we carefully track our wine chemistry and make our wines under sanitary, temperature controlled conditions. Our wines are crafted in small batch fermentations with an intimate hands-on approach. We believe better flavors come from fermenting the grapes in this manner allowing us to manually punch-down the "cap" multiple times daily to encourage the maximum extraction of flavors, colors and aromas. Finally we age our wines in oak barrels to ensure a luxurious product. We actively contribute our product and services to area community service organizations.
