The Ramona Town Hall was donated to the town of Nuevo (Later renamed Ramona,) on Washington's Birthday, February 22, 1894, by Augustus and Martha Barnett on property donated by developer Milton Santee. Construction on the two story adobe brick edifice began on July 11, 1893 with plans drawn by noted San Diego architect William Sterling Hebbard. The Official Website Of The Ramona Town Hall
